We can help with

  • Your account: sign-in trouble, changing your email, deleting your account and all your data.
  • Your data: requesting a copy of everything AVOR knows about you, or correcting something it got wrong.
  • Subscriptions: billing questions. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, and we can point you to the right place.
  • The app: bugs, scans that misread a bottle, or anything that looks off.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data inside the app, or email us and we will do it for you. Deletion is permanent. See the data deletion page for details.
