You can delete your AVOR account and everything associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes. It applies to the AVOR app published by Atlas Intelligence Pte. Ltd. (package com.atlasintel.app).
Option 1: delete from inside the app
- Open AVOR and go to the You tab, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email us and we will delete your data for you.
- Email danny@atlasintel.app with the subject "Delete my data".
- Tell us the email address or Apple or Google sign-in you use with AVOR, so we can find your account.
- We confirm your request, then delete your data within 30 days. In most cases it is much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Everything you logged: entries, notes, ratings, collections, and photos.
- Your conversations with AVOR and any voice recordings and transcriptions.
- Any beliefs, reflections, and onboarding answers you shared.
- Your location history held in your account.
What we may keep
- Basic records we are required to keep by law, kept only as long as the law requires.
- Anonymized, aggregated diagnostics that can no longer identify you.
