1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use AVOR. The app is about wine, and its wine features are intended for people of legal drinking age in their country. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The service

AVOR learns your taste from what you log, scan, and share, and gives you personalized reads and recommendations built on that evidence. Reads are generated using AI language models.

Not professional advice. AVOR is a personal taste and reflection tool. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Reads and recommendations are interpretations of your own data, not facts about the world or about you. Use your own judgment, and drink responsibly.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently removes your data.

4. Content about other people

If you mention or add other people in the app, you agree not to use AVOR to harass, surveil, or stalk anyone, and you are responsible for having an appropriate personal basis for the information you share about others.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Current prices are shown in the app.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policy.
• If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases to re-enable your subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use bots or scrapers to access the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or the identity of people you mention.
• Submit content intended to harm or harass others.
• Attempt to circumvent paywalls or security mechanisms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

• The app, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Atlas Intelligence Pte. Ltd.
• Reads generated for you are yours to keep, share, and screenshot for personal use. You may not resell or relicense them.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit (notes, photos, messages, logs).

8. AI-generated content

Reads and recommendations are generated by AI language models. While we work to make them accurate and grounded in your own data, AI can produce content that is incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

9. Data and privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how we handle it.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reads will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Intelligence Pte. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the app is limited to the greater of (a) 50 US dollars or (b) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your access to reads and saved data ends. Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may modify the app and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise. If you are in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your local consumer protection laws.
